All our Mental Health and Wellbeing Training is delivered by Kelly Hannaghan, an experienced mental health and wellbeing consultant.

LGfL's Mental Health and Wellbeing training has been updated to reflect the current situation and latest research.

You can find more information on our website by visiting mhwb.lgfl.net and clicking on the individual sessions.

All sessions are online and start at 9:15am and finish at 11:30am and are repeated a second time during the academic year.

Here Kelly explains what makes the training stand out:

Don't forget to look at the LGfL resources for staff around the subject of mental health and wellbeing found here alongside recommended resources from other organisations.

The LGfL resources are:

Child Bereavement Toolkit Bereavement resources to help support young people in education.

Healthy Minds - Materials designed in partnership with Young Minds to support staff and young people to gain a better understanding of mental health and related issues and to help build resilience to prevent mental health issues from developing.

We hope to see many of you booking onto the comprehensive training offer in our Mental Health and Wellbeing service. If you have any queries or suggestions regarding this service please email contentsupport@lgfl.net.
